Property Owners Lake View Clubhouse
Our 9,000 square foot clubhouse is where most of the activities take place. We host dances, dinners, entertainers, card playing, yoga, and more!
Pool & Pool House
Our Olympic-sized heated salt water pool overlooks Lake Grassy and is a favorite hangout any time of the year. The pool house contains a pool table, ping pong table, dart boards, exercise room, changing rooms, laundry, and library.
Fishing Pier & Boat Slips
Our wharf is a great place to fish and you can tie up your boat on a first-come, first-served basis.
Outdoor Spaces
Find a putting green, fish cleaning station, picnic areas, fire pits, shuffleboard, bocce ball, horseshoe pits and tennis/pickleball courts in our great outdoor spaces.
Bathhouse & Laundry
There are bathhouses and laundry machines in the middle of every circle for the convenience of everyone. There is a money changing machine at the clubhouse office for your convenience.
